Subjective Communication Exercise

This guide will introduce you to the practice of subjective communication using the Silva Method. Subjective communication involves sending and receiving thoughts, ideas, and messages using the power of your mind. This technique can enhance your intuition, improve relationships, and help you achieve your goals.

Step 1: Prepare Your Mind (1-2 minutes)

Find a quiet place where you can relax without interruptions. Sit or lie down comfortably, and close your eyes. Begin with a few deep breaths to center yourself and clear your mind of distractions.

Step 2: Enter the Alpha State (3-5 minutes)

Use the staircase technique to enter the Alpha state, a relaxed and focused state of mind. Visualize yourself descending a staircase, taking deep breaths with each step down. By the time you reach the bottom, you should feel deeply relaxed and focused.

Step 3: Visualize the Person (2-3 minutes)

Think of the person you wish to communicate with subjectively. Visualize their face clearly in your mind. Imagine them standing in front of you, looking relaxed and receptive to your message.

Step 4: Send Your Message (3-5 minutes)

Formulate a clear and concise message you wish to send. Visualize the message as a bright, glowing light or energy. Imagine this light traveling from your mind to the mind of the person you are communicating with. See them receiving the message with understanding and positivity.

Step 5: Receive a Response (3-5 minutes)

Be open to receiving a response. This might come as a thought, an image, or a feeling. Trust your intuition and be receptive to any impressions you receive. Visualize the person responding to you in a positive and meaningful way.

Step 6: End the Communication (2-3 minutes)

When you feel the communication is complete, visualize the connection gently fading away. Thank the person for their openness and understanding. Begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment by visualizing yourself ascending the staircase. With each step up, become more alert and aware of your surroundings. Open your eyes when you reach the top.

Benefits of Subjective Communication

Regular practice of subjective communication can strengthen your intuition, improve relationships, and help you achieve your goals more effectively. By sending and receiving thoughts and messages, you can enhance your understanding and connection with others on a deeper level.

Incorporate this exercise into your daily routine to develop a stronger, more intuitive mind.
